At Greece Photo Workshops, we believe that the place you stay is extremely important for what we call "travelling experience". This is the reason why, for your stay in Tinos, we have overlooked the choice of a hotel and opted for 2 houses in Loutra, a small, genuine and traditional village in the inland.

The houses are very well preserved and recently renovated old villas, including antiques and expensive furniture in big gardens ideal for the team's meetings after each photography trip. We are certain that the ambiance of the house will enchant you and will manage to convey to all of us the sensation of togetherness and harmonic pleasant coexistence of people longing for a different type of holiday.

Panagis House

Three joined houses with a common beautiful garden including swings and fer forgé outdoor dinning furniture for our guests to meet under the shade of the trees.

Each house hosts our guests in separate rooms on a double occupancy basis – or on a single occupancy basis upon request - with a large shared living room where we can all gather either to relax or discuss our reviews.

Each house comprises one separate bathroom and one kitchen shared by the guests.

First house: 1 large living room, 1 kitchen, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom

Second middle house: 1 large living room, 1 kitchen, 1 double bedrooms + 1 twin bedroom + 1 bathroom

Third house: 1 large living room*, 1 single bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom

*the spacious living room has 2 sofas easily converted into comfortable beds.
This 3rd house is offered either as single accommodation with an extra cost of 800 € or is ideal for companies of friends who come together to share the experience and the house (2-3 guests, at a privileged price for each guest)
2 guests x € 2,300
Or 3 guests x € 2,100.
Seretis House

This Villa was found in ruins by a Greek art-dealer from Athens and extensively restored in 2009 with great Attention to every detail.

Without exception, all furniture and artifacts are authentic and antique, and all modern amenities are intentionally reduced to the minimum to preserve the traditional feeling. The Seretis House today presents itself with 260 sq.m. living space split on 2 Levels, surrounded by 1350 sq.m. of garden.

Due to its traditional Cycladic architecture, it has plenty of arches, corridors, storage rooms and other open spaces that provide an ample atmosphere.

The upper floor of the villa consists of the living room and dining area, spacious kitchen, 1 Bedroom with 1 single bed (+1 Extra if needed) and a bathroom.

The lower floor of the villa consists of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and a laundry room.

The basement is only partially below ground level, keeping the bedrooms cool during the summer, yet sunlight and gentle breezes enter through the small windows in every room.

Like most traditional village houses on Tinos, the villa is only accessible on foot as cars are not allowed inside The Loutra village.
